A slick desktop toolbar for Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 (nope, doesn't work with NT 3.51). It can float free
 or dock to any edge of the desktop. It supports drag and drop and has a sweet little options dialog to control 
everything. DeskTool is pretty basic as toolbars go these days but if you're looking for a toolbar and you 
don't need extravagant features check this out.
